Return for refund (original purchase price only, shipping and handling is not refundable): 60 days from the purchase date.
Return for replacement: Within 30 days from the Invoice date

Standard Return Policy

All products covered under this Standard Return Policy are backed by a 60-day Money Back Guarantee. You may return the item(s) to us within 60 days of your purchase for a full refund for ANY REASON. Whether the product is defective, you simply changed your mind, or are just not satisfied with the product that you received, you are welcome to send it back to us for an exchange OR A FULL REFUND. Please note that the original and return shipping and handling charges will NOT be refunded or reimbursed under any circumstances.

All returns under Standard Return Policy must include the following:
1. Original packaging (manufacturer's box, plastic bags, etc.)
2. Original intact UPC barcode. Do not cut out the UPC code (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return.
3. Original packing slip. Do not mail or dispose of the packing slip (for rebates) until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction.
4. The return must be complete and include all accessories (antennas, remote controls, batteries, software disks, etc.)
5. Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

All items have to be returned within 60 days of the Purchase Date. Except as provided for verified defective products, you will be responsible for all shipping charges for returns sent to our Returns Warehouse. All products are subject to a 15% restocking fee (except where prohibited by law) if returned in a non-original sealed box.

Defective products can only be returned for a refund at the products purchasing price. The purchase price will be credited to the method of payment that was used for the original purchase. See Our Limited Warranty policy for information regarding defective product.
