  • Does the HAND-e-holder™ work on any tablet device?

    Yes. The HAND-e-holder™ will work on any tablets with a plastic or metal surface.  It will also work with tablets using hard shell cases and "skin" type backings.

  • Do I need to have the  HAND-e-holder™ , in order to use other HAND-e-holder™ accessories?

    Yes.  The HAND-e-holder™ is the key component that slides into and allows you to use all of the HAND-e-holder™  accessories.

  • How do I attach the HAND-e-holder™  to my tablet device?

    You attach the HAND-e-holder™  by using the supplied adhesive ring.

     


    1.  Clean.

    Place your tablet, screen down, on a smooth, flat surface. Use the enclosed alcohol wipe to clean the back of your tablet. Let it dry.

    2.  Attach.

    Determine where on the back of the tablet you want to secure the attachment ring. (Although we recommend the center of the tablet, choose the area that is most comfortable for you.) Peel the paper backing off the attachment ring. Using medium pressure, press the ring (sticky-side down) on the back of your tablet. Press down all the way around the ring so the adhesive is fully secure.

    3.  Rock it. Lock it.

    Visually line up the Hand-e-holder over the newly attached ring. Hold the Hand-e-holder on the outside edges with your thumbs and fingers from both hands. Press down and firmly rock the holder back and forth until it locks in place and you hear two “clicks.”

    4.  Adjust.

    Open the Hand-e-holder strap. Adjust it to fit your hand. You can now use your tablet securely and with a 360° rotation.

  • Can the adhesive ring be removed from your tablet device?

    Yes.  The adhesive attachment ring that is applied to the tablet device can be removed easily by peeling it from the tablet.  Once the attachment ring is removed, if any adhesive residue remains on the tablet, it can be cleaned using a alcohol wipe or alcohol and a clean cloth.  A replacement attachment ring will be needed to continue to use the Handeholder on your tablet.  You can purchase attachment rings through the store.

  • How do I get warranty replacement?

    All HAND-e-holder™  products come with a 6 month warranty.

    Handeholder Products, Inc. Limited Warranty

     

    WARRANTY COVERAGE

    Handeholder Products, Inc. (“Handeholder”) warrants this HAND-e-holder™ product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 6 months from the date of retail purchase by the original end-user purchaser (“Warranty Period”). If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the Warranty Period, at its option, Handeholder will either (1) exchange the product with a new, used or refurbished product that is at least functionally equivalent to the original product, or (2) refund the purchase price of the product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement, whichever provides longer coverage for you. When a product is exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes Handeholder’s property. When a refund is given, the product for which the refund is provided becomes Handeholder’s property.

     

    EXCLUSIONS AND LIMITATIONS

    This Limited Warranty applies only to products manufactured by or for Handeholder that may be identified by the HAND-e-holder™ trademark, trade name, or logo affixed to them. The Limited Warranty does not apply to any non-Handeholder products, even if packaged or sold with Handeholder products. Manufacturers or suppliers other than Handeholder may provide their own warranties, but Handeholder, in so far as it is permitted by law, provides its products “as is”.

    Handeholder is not responsible for damage arising from failure to follow instructions relating to the product’s use.  This warranty does not apply: (a) to damage caused by non-Handeholder products; (b) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, flood, fire, earthquake or other external causes; (c) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted uses described by Handeholder; (d) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Handeholder; or (e) to a product that has been modified to significantly alter functionality or capability without the written permission of Handeholder.

    TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THIS WARRANTY AND THE REMEDIES SET FORTH ABOVE ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, REMEDIES AND CONDITIONS, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. AS PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HANDEHOLDER SPECIFICALLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND

    WARRANTIES AGAINST HIDDEN OR LATENT DEFECTS. IF HANDEHOLDER CANNOT LAWFULLY DISCLAIM STATUTORY OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES THEN TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALL SUCH WARRANTIES SHALL BE LIMITED IN DURATION TO THE DURATION OF THIS EXPRESS WARRANTY AND TO REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT SERVICE AS DETERMINED BY HANDEHOLDER IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION.

    No Handeholder reseller, agent, or employee is authorized to make any modification, extension, or addition to this warranty.

    TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HANDEHOLDER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY BREACH OF WARRANTY OR CONDITION, OR UNDER ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF REVENUE; LOSS OF ACTUAL OR ANTICIPATED PROFITS (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS ON CONTRACTS); LOSS OF THE USE OF MONEY; LOSS OF ANTICIPATED SAVINGS; LOSS OF BUSINESS; LOSS OF OPPORTUNITY; LOSS OF GOODWILL; LOSS OF REPUTATION; OR ANY INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE HOWSOEVER CAUSED INCLUDING THE REPLACEMENT OF EQUIPMENT AND PROPERTY.  THE FOREGOING LIMITATION SHALL NOT APPLY TO DEATH OR PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS.  HANDEHOLDER SPECIFICALLY DOES NOT REPRESENT THAT IT WILL BE ABLE TO REPAIR ANY PRODUCT UNDER THIS WARRANTY.

     

    CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS

    FOR CONSUMERS WHO HAVE THE BENEFIT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS OR REGULATIONS IN THEIR COUNTRY OF PURCHASE OR, IF DIFFERENT, THEIR COUNTRY OF RESIDENCE, THE BENEFITS CONFERRED BY THIS WARRANTY ARE IN ADDITION TO ALL RIGHTS AND REMEDIES CONVEYED BY SUCH CONSUMER PROTECTION LAWS AND REGULATIONS.

    Some countries, states and provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or exclusions or limitations on the duration of implied warranties or conditions, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by country, state or province.

    This Limited Warranty is governed by and construed under the laws of state of Michigan.

    service. If the product is still not functioning properly after making use of these resources, please return the product to:

    Include a letter stating the product defect, your name, shipping address, phone number and email address. Handeholder will determine whether the product is defective, and if so, will assist in providing warranty service. Warranty service applies to products that are tendered or presented for service during the Warranty Period, as permitted by law. Subject to applicable law, you will be required to furnish proof of purchase details before receiving warranty service.

    Service options, products availability and response times will vary, and you may be responsible for shipping and handling charges.
